Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of suidhaga.studio and any orders placed with Sui Dhaga Studio ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it by email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. In those cases any payment taken will be refunded in full.
2. Custom-size orders
For garments tailored to measurements you provide, a non-refundable deposit (currently Rs 500) may be required before stitching begins. This deposit counts toward your total. Custom-stitched items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned unless the issue is a manufacturing defect.
3. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (PostEx), card (Stripe), JazzCash and EasyPaisa. COD orders may be verified by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship across Pakistan via PostEx. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch; remote areas may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns & exchanges
Unworn standard-size items in their original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. Custom-size items, intimate wear, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return. Contact [email protected] to start a return.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — images, designs, text, logos, the "Studio Mirror" mark — is owned by Sui Dhaga Studio and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
7. Studio Mirror (virtual try-on)
Photos you upload to Studio Mirror are used to generate a preview of how a garment might look on you. Previews are AI-generated approximations and are not guaranteed to match the actual delivered garment exactly. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos; we store them in your account so you can revisit previews. You can delete them at any time from your gallery.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to defraud us or our customers.
- Scrape, copy, or republish our product catalogue or designs.
- Upload to Studio Mirror any photo of a person who has not consented, or any obscene, illegal, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the site's security or attempt to access accounts other than your own.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
